Dr Dmytro Shestakov is a Deeptech entrepreneur with 2 exits, a Former expert at NATO’s deep tech accelerator DIANA and DARPA ambassador, London Business School and UCLA Anderson alum, EMBA, dual PhD, book author (Columbia University Press, Ibidem).

Olena Soltys is the founder of a company that implements revolutionary light therapy technologies in health, aesthetics, and spa industries. With deep knowledge of evidence-based medicine and psychology, she helps clinics and centers improve the quality of life for people suffering from chronic pain and injuries. Iryna Smuk  is an international marketing strategist who helps brands find the right market fit, build scaling strategies, and optimize marketing without losing the results they already have.

She holds a marketing strategy certification from Harvard Business School Online and runs an online consulting practice where she works with marketers and business owners on scaling into new markets, validating ideas, and launching products. Her consulting work focuses on helping brands validate demand, refine messaging, and reduce CAC through real-time market feedback. In one engagement, she worked with a brand that had been operating in a new market for nearly a year with stagnant results. He currently serves as Director of Client Integrations and AI Functionality at Nasdaq, where he leads a team of twelve engineers and product specialists across direct and indirect reporting lines, owning the firm's institutional client integration program and driving AI-driven strategy for risk analytics, onboarding, and trade-flow operations.

At Nasdaq, Lev owns the Nasdaq Risk Platform — the firm's cloud-native institutional risk infrastructure — where he and his team have delivered integration and AI-powered solutions to 100+ global institutional clients across the U.S. and European markets. His work has focused on architecting AI systems that materially accelerate institutional client onboarding and that diagnose and resolve production-level trade-flow issues in real time, modernizing legacy integration workflows in one of the world's most highly regulated financial environments.
