This fall, UAtech Venture Night returns with a new series of events spotlighting Ukrainian founders and helping empower them as global leaders shaping the future of technology. These aren’t just pitch competitions — they’re also about expert discussions, meaningful networking, and real opportunities to connect. At each event, we bring together startups, investors, and partners to spark collaboration and accelerate innovation globally.
The Fall 2025 Series will take place in the UK, Canada, the U.S., and Portugal. At each event, early-stage international and Ukrainian-rooted startups will pitch their ideas live from the stage in quick, 3-minute sessions, followed by a short Q&A and feedback. What makes this special is the role of our jury. These are experienced investors, industry leaders, and established startup founders who help us spot the most promising startups. The winner will walk away with not just recognition, but also perks from our official partners.

He also actively supports startups as a speaker and advisor, with deep expertise in AI, software development, and ecosystem building.
Iryna Andriushchenko — Founder of Handy.ai, AI Entrepreneur of the Year
Iryna Andriushchenko is the founder of Handy.ai, an agentic AI platform for enterprise execution. AI Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 (Women in AI Awards North America), published author on AI systems, and active member of the Google for Startups alumni community.
Anna Nikitenko — Founder of TENO and TextMe Accounting
Anna Nikitenko – A serial founder behind TENO and TextMe, Anna brings sharp expertise in financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and business structures across both U.S. and Canadian markets. With a strong track record of supporting entrepreneurs and investors throughout North America, she understands the critical importance of financial literacy and informed decision-making in startup success.
Vadym Sydorenko — Founder SmartphoneKey AI
Vadym Sydorenko is the founder of SmartphoneKey, a startup developing smart access systems and IoT solutions for internet providers.
Vadym has over 20 years of experience in tech, AI, and telecom. He started as a student passionate about Artificial Intelligence and grew to become CEO of one of Ukraine’s largest ISPs. His focus today is on connecting not just people, but billions of devices—driving the next wave of the internet through innovation, strategy, and real-world impact.
Jane Medvin — Co-founder & VP of Sales & Marketing at Leafio
Jane Medvin is the co-founder and VP of Sales & Marketing at Leafio, an AI-powered retail automation platform active in 40+ countries. With 20 years of B2B enterprise experience, she specializes in global sales, GTM strategy, and international expansion. Jane is currently part of the Stanford LEAD program for innovation-driven executives.
Dmytro Boichuk — Co-Founder of Natife | Mobile Tech Leader & Product Delivery Expert

Olena Soltys — Founder & Author | HealthTech & Wellness Innovator
Olena Soltys is the founder of a company that implements revolutionary light therapy technologies in health, aesthetics, and spa industries. With deep knowledge of evidence-based medicine and psychology, she helps clinics and centers improve the quality of life for people suffering from chronic pain and injuries. Stanislav Redko is a former Chief Power Supply Engineer with over 18 years of experience in industrial operations management. He specializes in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of complex production facilities even under crisis conditions and is recognized for his expertise in building resilient teams and effective operational systems.
Tymofii Antonenko — Machine Learning Team Lead at SPD Technology
Tymofii Antonenko is a Machine Learning Engineering Lead with over 10 years of software engineering experience, specializing in building and scaling ML teams from the ground up. Consistently delivers high-impact AI solutions, from LLM-based agents and NLP systems to enterprise-scale AI infrastructure, with a proven track record of establishing successful ML initiatives across fintech, hedge funds, and enterprise platforms. Alona Naidyon — Certified Legal Expert & Researcher
Alona Naidyon is a certified expert in the field of legal sciences with over 10 years of experience at the Odessa Law Academy (Cherkasy branch). She worked as a lawyer in a court for 1.5 years and holds a lawyer’s certificate from the regional trade union of Ukraine. She practices situational-role legal training and is currently preparing her own scientific publication.
Alona holds six certifications, which attest to her in-depth knowledge of international and regional law. She is the author of several scientific materials and studies, the results of which have the potential to transform the industry. Ms. Naidyon is a role model for women interested in jurisprudence, inspiring them to invest knowledge and enthusiasm into their professional activity.
Nataliia Ilchenko — QA Lead, GiddyUp (USA)
Nataliia Ilchenko is an ISTQB-certified Test Manager with 11+ years in software quality assurance, including 6+ years in leadership. She has built and scaled QA teams across Europe and the US, designing QA processes from scratch, auditing workflows, and optimizing SDLC practices—particularly in financial services, payments, and SaaS.
Her expertise covers QA strategy, automation frameworks, and improving release speed and product quality for distributed teams. A mentor for QA leads and managers, she focuses on team building and leadership development.
