This fall, UAtech Venture Night continues its international series, bringing founders, investors, operators, and industry experts together around early-stage innovation and startup discovery.
Across the Fall 2026 season, selected international and Ukrainian-rooted startups will take the stage to present their companies, receive direct feedback, and connect with people who understand what it takes to build, scale, and enter new markets.
An important part of every UAtech Venture Night is the jury. Our jurors bring experience across entrepreneurship, investment, technology, product development, business strategy, and global market expansion. Their role goes beyond selecting winners. They evaluate startups from different professional perspectives, challenge founders with practical questions, and help identify teams with strong potential for further growth.
As the Fall 2026 season begins, we are introducing the first confirmed members of the UAtech Venture Night jury. The lineup will continue to grow throughout the season, with additional experts joining across different cities, industries, and areas of expertise.
Volodymyr Demianenko — Founder of UAtech, Co-founder of SOLU and TENO
Volodymyr Demianenko is the Founder of UAtech, a platform spotlighting Ukrainian innovation globally. A seasoned tech entrepreneur and co-founder of SOLU and TENO, he brings 20+ years in tech. He also actively supports startups as a speaker and advisor, with deep expertise in AI, software development, and ecosystem building.
Iryna Andriushchenko — Founder of Handy.ai, AI Entrepreneur of the Year
Iryna Andriushchenko is the founder of Handy.ai, an agentic AI platform for enterprise execution. AI Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 (Women in AI Awards North America), published author on AI systems, and active member of the Google for Startups alumni community.
Anna Nikitenko — Founder of TENO and TextMe Accounting
Anna Nikitenko – A serial founder behind TENO and TextMe, Anna brings sharp expertise in financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and business structures across both U.S. and Canadian markets. With a strong track record of supporting entrepreneurs and investors throughout North America, she understands the critical importance of financial literacy and informed decision-making in startup success.
Vadym Sydorenko — Founder SmartphoneKey AI
Vadym Sydorenko is the founder of SmartphoneKey, a startup developing smart access systems and IoT solutions for internet providers.
Vadym has over 20 years of experience in tech, AI, and telecom. He started as a student passionate about Artificial Intelligence and grew to become CEO of one of Ukraine’s largest ISPs. His focus today is on connecting not just people, but billions of devices—driving the next wave of the internet through innovation, strategy, and real-world impact.
Anuj Kapoor - Technology executive specializing in product strategy, AI & digital transformation
Anuj Kapoor is an experienced technology executive specializing in product strategy, AI, and digital transformation. With more than 16 years in the industry, he has built large-scale cloud platforms, AI-powered products, workflow orchestration systems, and enterprise software solutions serving customers at global scale.
He has led diverse teams in launching and scaling innovative technology solutions, and regularly evaluates technology architectures, product strategies, and engineering trade-offs. His work sits at the intersection of technical depth and product direction.
Anuj actively contributes to the innovation ecosystem as a mentor, advisor, and industry judge. His background positions him as an expert in AI, enterprise software, and product development, allowing him to give founders practical feedback on both what they are building and how they plan to take it to market.
Manpreet Kaur - Principal Software Engineer at Salesforce, leading data exploration & agentic AI initiatives across Data Cloud
Manpreet Kaur is a Principal Software Engineer at Salesforce with more than 12 years of industry experience spanning fullstack engineering, data exploration tools, and developer platforms. She currently leads data exploration and agentic initiatives across Salesforce D30 and Data Cloud, with over ten years focused on data engineering and large-scale data systems. Previously at Tableau Software, she was a foundational engineer on Tableau Prep.
Her work focuses on the infrastructure behind data products: how large volumes of information are explored, structured, and made usable at enterprise scale. She delivered a keynote presentation at the 2019 Tableau Conference, and her research has been published in ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks and ACM Buildsys.
With deep experience in data engineering, AI systems, developer platforms, and enterprise-scale architecture, Manpreet brings strong technical judgment to evaluating startups. Her background positions her as an expert in data infrastructure, agentic AI, and building products that hold up under real production demands.
